My accounting practice is dedicated to the needs of small businesses, tenancies in common (TICs) and homeowners' associations (HOAs).
We provide accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processing services to local homeowners and small businesses.A resident of San Francisco for over 15 years, I have been involved in over a dozen real estate transactions, lived in a TIC for over 6 years and developed two TIC's. As a landlord and member of San Francisco's SF Moderates, I stay active and current on property and homeownership issues at the local level. A few years ago I expanded my practice to provide small business accounting, bookkeeping and payroll processing services. My fee structure is simple and affordable - no extra charges for setup, reconciling historical activity, calculating property taxes and supplemental assessments, or just to pick up the phone and ask a question.
