DIPLOMATE OF THE AMERICAN BOARD OF ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEONS, Dr. Savage joined the Associates for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1999. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1985 and went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduating as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1989. After graduation, Dr. Savage began a four year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the MetroHealth Medical Center (the former Metropolitan General Hospital) in Cleveland, Ohio, with rotations in anesthesia, general surgery, plastic surgery, otolaryngology, and emergency medicine. He was the recipient of the Eugene P. Wenzke Award for outstanding resident in 1993.Dr. Savage was appointed senior instructor of surgery, division of oral and maxillofacial surgery, at theDr. Savage and his wife Jackie have four children. They enjoy skiing, hiking, golfing, fishing, and hunting.
