Interior Design
Paula Schumann is a Washington DC based interior designer who has been creating unique and highly individual environments for her clients for over ten years. With a background in art and design Paula brings a studied eye and an intuitive approach to finding the perfect balance between form and function. She believes that the best interior is one achieved through the use of color, texture and well proportioned furnishings. Specializing in residential interiors, her projects range from the "Contemporary Mix" to the "Updated Traditional". She has also dabbled in hospitality settings, recently completing a renovation to the interior of the Art Moderne home built by Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz, now the "The Field School" on Foxhall Road in NW Washington, DC.
