I specialize in pain relief. I release the muscles which results in longer term relief than standard massage. I have worked on hundreds of people suffering from neck and shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, neuropathy, back pain, hip pain, knee and leg pain as well as foot pain and discomfort. I release the muscles in all of these areas and more, resulting in long term relief and relaxation. I can also break down certain types of bunions. My style includes Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Massage, Tai, Reflexology, Zone Therapy, and I am the originator of the Urquhart Unwind.
