I spent fifteen years as a photojournalist for several newspapers in New York before moving to Chicago in 1995. Upon arriving I was hired at the Leo Burnett advertising agency where I worked with the print division. At the same time, I was hired to work as chief photographer for WXRT which lasted eleven great years. Since 2006, I have been photographing weddings full time, traveling a lot, teaching workshops and working passionately to be among the best wedding photographers. I never dreamed for a second that I'd be enjoying wedding photography as much as I do now. I believe that my career as a photojournalist has provided me with an extremely unique insight and perspective on how to photograph the most important day in the life of a couple in love.
