Your carpets are safe to walk on right away, dries in about an hour, is safe for kids, pets, seniors, and includes; free sanitizors, deodorizors, color brightners, and stainguard protector. I charge; $25 for most rooms (100-225 sf), $25 for a flight of stairs (10-14 steps), $15 for hallways, $25-$100 for basements, $5-$25 for area rugs, $50 for couches/sofas, $40 for loveseats, $25 for chairs, $5-$10 for dining room/kitchen chairs, $5-$10 for ottomans, and $100 for sectional couches.
