I have been a licensed general contractor since 1980 doing construction, carpentry and remodeling in the Los Angeles, Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena areas. I do room additions, second story additions, patios, decks, trellises, kitchen and bath remodels, and general remodeling. I can work as a sub or as the prime contractor. I have done projects for general contractors, designers, and architects as well as dealing directly with the home owner or owner builder. I do some commercial work, but do mostly residential work. I can develop a project from the start by design work, arranging plans, engineering, or I can work off plans you already have.
