Lead Tech Environmental was formed in 1994. It is a boutique environmental consulting company that specializes in residential lead paint and asbestos testing. Over 20 City and County agencies in Southern California retain Lead Tech to perform lead paint and asbestos consulting on City projects. Lead Tech is fully insured, and all of our technicians are licensed by the State of California. We currently work with numerous residential construction companies testing for lead paint so they can possibly avoid the EPA RRP rule. We use XRF machines for nondestructive, instantaneous lead paint results.
