EHRA Engineering is a civil engineering , surveying, low impact development, land planning, construction phase services, and landscape architecture firm. EHRA Engineering employs a full compliment of professional staff, including licensed professional engineers, engineers-in-training, registered professional land surveyors, licensed professional landscape architects, civil designers and technicians. Serving Houston since 1936, EHRA Engineering is Houston's second oldest civil engineering firm. Today, the principal owners are Truman C. Edminster, III, P.E. and Jim B. Russ. EHRA Engineering is comprised of several divisions, including public infrastructure, transportation, hydraulics and hydrology, land planning, land development, surveying, construction phase services, and landscape architecture; all of which work together to serve city, county, state, and other government agencies along with single-family, retail and commercial development. EHRA Engineering takes pride in our ability to provide innovative, effective solutions to project planning and design with an emphasis on economics. Specific budgets and design schedules are prepared for each project and monitored closely to facilitate the completion of projects within specified time periods. Our approach provides the project team with the latest advancements in computer hardware and software technology to enhance and expedite the engineering design and construction plan production of the proposed projects. In addition to our design capabilities, EHRA Engineering will furnish construction phase services when needed, and are capable of providing complete construction observation services through our experienced construction services staff.
