As an 85yr. old woman and I am using my son to communicate my letter I sent you which you refuse to accept certified mail since October 2015. Here are my letters…..

Dear Roxanne,

It is with much sorrow and deep anger that I write this letter to you.

Tell me how I should react!? I trusted your your husband (Scott Elmblad) with my life savings. What did he do? Walked off with $60.000.00 of my hard earned money and did not look back. Before we bring charges I want you to be aware of his CONMAN ways! When we met he told me about his involvement with his church. Yes, I put a great deal of trust in his sincerity-A Christian man who dupes older women. My age is 85yrs old!! Look into your heart! How can you justify a husband who cannot be trusted = steals from me. I want to meet you and Scott, FACE-TO-FACE!

Dear Roxanne,

It is with much frustration and anger that I write this letter to you.

Tell me how we misjudged your husband that took over $60,000.00 and has no conviction to return my hard earned money to me. My son Bruce Brown and I first met your husband Scott and he came with referrals and told me he was involved in his church. This made me believe he could be trusted with the construction of the home I had worked so hard for 50 many years. Perhaps you are aware of Scott’s illegal activities. I am writing to you because I need the money back. I cannot accept the fact you are a party to his criminal acts.
