As a practitioner of the healing arts for nearly 20 years, I am an expert in assisting people in healing from both shock and developmental trauma. If you have suffered from: abuse, accidents, falls, violence, sexual trauma, PTSD, chronic stress or pain, I have tools that will help you change your life in a gentle and supported way. Somatic Trauma Resolution therapy (STR) is different from traditional talk therapy and focuses on healing the nervous system where trauma is stored. Trauma is not a disorder of the mind but a dis regulation of the nervous system when a person has felt threatened or overwhelmed. This modality is relatively short term and can save you years of therapy or medication. I am available in person or for people out of the area I can work over SKYPE or phone.
