I called on 7/8/2015, spoke with Flomania - She had an attitude from the start. I was calling about my account being turned over to collection, before my insurance had been filed, from an automobile accident in February 2015, that was not our fault. She pulled up something from 2010 - which is NOT me. When I TRIED explaining that was not me, she acted like she didn't have the time for me to explain anything. If she doesn't like her job, or has that personality with everyone that calls, she needs to find another profession! VERY RUDE!
