Endurance Pilates and Yoga, located on Mass Ave in Arlington, MA serves the fitness needs of the serious exerciser in the Greater Boston area If you are looking to get in shape, we are your studio. Be prepared to work harder than you ever have in an exercise class- at the basic level. We offer the best pilates reformer classes, pilates group mat classes, yoga classes, kettlebell and yogalates in addition to small group and private training in pilates, yoga, kettlebell and TRX. Our instructors, the area's most experienced, have studied pilates under the Stott, Balanced Body, Classical, and Physical Mind schools. All of our yoga instructors are 200hr certified RYTs. We provide the most careful attention to detail without forgetting that the client is interested in performing exercise.
