Mitel's complete offering of unified communication technology, centers on their Voip platform, and integrates many communications tools in with their business phone systems. Enterprise Systems Group (ESG) has taken Mitel IP phone solutions and broadened the offering by integrating video conferencing solutions from Polycom and Vidyo, inter-office chat with Microsoft Lync, as well as Mitel's Micollab solution, and network monitoring with (i)View from Crytycal Services Management and built these systems around a sturdy backbone with the ESG Data solution.
