EPIC Management Resources, LLC provides project management and construction management services for oil and gas production companies as well as EPC prime contractors. These services include field development conceptual solutions, Risk Management and Risk Assessments, FEED efforts, and management of the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, hookup and startup phases.EPIC also provides commissioning personnel and has developed a proprietary commissioning system, EPICom, for onshore and offshore projects. EPICom is a web-based fully automated (paperless) commissioning system utilizing wireless field mobile devises communicating with local and offsite servers. The field input of QAQC checks, punchlist items, preservation checks and procurement requirements are real-time, allowing for accurate progress and punchlist tracking.EPIC's goal is to be the preferred provider of these services for onshore and offshore projects, for both domestic and international locations.
