THEY ARE NOT WATCHING OR CARING FOR YOUR KIDS

V is a hard kid to handle and due to her behaviors we asked the state for help as something had to happen or the kid was either going to get herself or someone else killed or put in jail. We were hoping V could get some help and hopefully start making better choices so she could come home. Since her stay at Epsworth she has run away or left without permission 2 times. I was not informed about the second time she left. I get the run around when I am trying to get answers as V was supposed to be coming back home in Cali now for over 6-months. While talking on the phone with my kid I hear staff telling her she's the worst kid here and that her mother doesn't care about her and worse. What's worse is those who had plenty to say seem to want to keep their names anonymous but have no problem verbally and emotionally abusing my kid! Its really sad that I am having to get a Senator involved and have an email and call into Senator Hawley to inform him of what Epsworth staff and the Department of Family Services are doing. They are not returning calls nor is Jena at CPS calling me back. Sounds like DFS/CPS and Epsworth are really in it for the federal funding. If you are trying to get your wayward teen or child help avoid this place like the plague they just want the money and do not care about your kids.
