Utilizing a forward thinking approach, Ergonigma attempts to reduce the rates of work-related injuries, minimize the risk of developing a preventable disease, reduce employee burnout, and ultimately lower costs of insurance premiums to employers. Ergonigma's multi-disciplinary approach to injury and illness prevention applies a science based exercise prescription program.
