Escobar Security Consulting assists defense contractors in the establishment and maintenance of security programs in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other government regulations. Services include development of policies and procedures, Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Personnel Security Clearance (PCL) support, physical security, customized training, program audits, inspection preparation, and more. Crisis Management (CM) services include assistance with the establishment and maintenance of CM program, training of company CM team members, vulnerability assessments and oversight of exercises.
