Essence of a Lady Inc, and its programs, Young Essence Ladies...Learning (YELL!) and the E'Ladies Network 's goal is to educate, mentor, and empower females of all ages. YELL! supports the mission of ONE GIRL, ONE MENTOR to ensure that each girl, between the ages of 6 to 19 is provided an opportunity to receive a mentor to help guide them through the trials and tribulations of growing up, graduating from school and becoming productive citizens. The E' Ladies Network supports the mission of EACH ONE, TEACH ONE to ensure each female between the ages of 6 to 65 receives mentor support. The E'Ladies Network recruit mentors, provide program support, and recruit female nonprofits and small business owners to help provide resources to implement the programs, field trips, and special events for YEL
