Business description

Cloud-based software for managing properties, facilities, equipment, infrastructure and other tangible assets. Cost, reliability, quality management.

eSSETS goes beyond old-style Work Order systems into the realm of modern, advanced physical asset management. The types of assets includes infrastructure, properties, facilities, vehicles, equipment, machinery, computers, and furniture & fixtures. If it's a physical asset, it can be tracked and managed in eSSETS. eSSETS uses the cloud (Software as a Service) to deliver a powerful, yet user-friendly application to browsers, tablets and smartphones. Available from anywhere you can connect to the internet, including from the office, on the road, from home, eSSETS delivers secure and reliable tools to manage those assets that allow your organization to deliver products and services to your customers. Improve staff efficiency along with the quality, safety and reliability of assets through eSSETS inspection system. Build checklist line items with our inspection builder. Assemble checklist items into version controlled inspection forms. Replace paper, pen and clipboard with dynamic, electronic checklists delivered to your staff on tablets (such as iPad or Android) or smartphones. Eliminate data entry from paper forms. Your inspectors can complete a checklist in one-step and the inspection results are automatically attached to asset records. In addition to pass/fail, condition ratings, odometer, hour meter or other readings, the inspector can record notes and attach pictures. Set up alerts to notify selected people when inspections identify results outside of acceptable criteria.
