Eternal Path Arts offers training in Chi Lu Chuan to both children and adults. This multifaceted style of Kung Fu utilizes the physical, mental, and spiritual postures or concepts from eight unique animals: Leopard, Crane, Dragon, Tiger, Praying Mantis, Snake, Monkey, and Eagle Our style of Kung Fu has been passed down from the Shaolin Temple tradition. Eight-animal Kung Fu is a beautifully comprehensive art which incorporates meditation, body mechanics, rolling & falling, forms, weapons, self defense, drills, ground fighting, and more. Lessons and exercises focus on the Physical, Mental, and Spiritual aspects of the student helping to strengthen and balance them. Each class meeting emphasizes one of these aspects to help the student understand Kung Fu from different perspectives. W
