Everybodys Fitness Center - EFC proudly serves residents of the Auburn community and surrounding towns in a casual, yet highly professional atmosphere. We are founded on the premise of offering a unique, high end, and truly state of the art facility at affordable rates. We will educate and coach our members on functional movements, nutrition and lifestyle enhancement. This is not just another place to "workout". Unique aspects of our club include our Internet cafÃ©, a massage chair, IPOD/IPHONE/MP3 compatible cardiovascular equipment with individual TV's, and a weight loss center. Don't forget our healthy smoothie bar, too! They also offer a 12 week weight loss program (Take it Off Weight Loss) that is proven to work.
