Glade McCombs is a REALTOR® at EXIT Realty Legacy. He started his career in the construction business, starting, growing, marketing and managing each successful business. Meeting with customers and providing solutions for their needs, Glade learned to see the needs of each customer and to provide solutions that would meet those needs. Glade has negotiated hundreds of contracts with customers for products and services. His businesses have added to the quality of life of his employees and many other families in the community.Glade took real estate classes in 2009 and started negotiating deals for real estate investments, learning more of the ins and outs of real estate negotiating with home sellers. Glade is a member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® (SLBR), Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (WFRMLS). Glade believes that being a REALTOR® is about more than professional associations, he also believes that REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they live and work. Glade helps the community by volunteering in civic and religious organizations, through religious contributions, and by donating to and building for Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.In his leisure time, Glade enjoys many outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, backpacking, snowshoeing and canyoneering. He and his wife, Corinne, have raised four children, who are all married.
