There are 10 diabetes classes in the series. They can taught in the order that the individual or group prefers. Classes are 1-2 hours long and are interactive. Group classes are usually 2 hours in length. A client can take 1 or more classes, and can schedule them as close together or far apart as desired. I have educated patients with diabetes or cholesterol problems for over 20 years successfully and can provide references. Try a class - if you don't like it, the class is FREE.
