Family Transition Support Services (FTSS) is a pioneer in the field of strength-based support for children and families. Since 1996, our on-going mission has been to provide children and families with the skills needed to lead productive lives as defined and measured by their own goals. FTSS utilizes a strength-based approach to empower children and families to make constructive decisions for themselves in the familiar surroundings of their home and community. Our highly trained mentors and clinical staff of LCSWs, MSWs and BSWs provide mentoring and counseling services throughout New Jersey including Burlington, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset and Warren counties. We currently provide After School and Summer Camp programs in Mercer County.
