The company was formed in 2005 to provide general contracting services and subcontract work in the industrial, commercial and residential industries. "FCI" is licensed, in the State of Florida, as a State Wide Certified General Contractor for New Building Construction, Remodeling, and General Construction Services. This enables the company to perform work in the Design Build as well as Project Management Service fields. I have been involved in residential, commercial and industrial construction since 1982 and have personally completed contracts in excess of $2,000,000.00.
