In addition to processing scrap metal, Ferrous Processing has a team of process engineers that review internal scrap handling systems, scrap segregation programs, resale values and transportation issues. The company can also assist in implementing scrap management programs that provide in-plant scrap handling, processing, transportation and final sale. Ferrous Processing & Trading Company was established in Pontiac, Mich. in 1904, but has since moved its national headquarters to Detroit.
