Business description

Management of 7 multi-family residental properties and 2 commercial properties within the city limits of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Fielden & Rothermel is a partnership formed in 1981. Its purpose was to use the experience and abilities of the organizers to establish a small professional property management company and actively engage in acquisition of multi-family apartment housing and commercial properties. Today the company has grown to encompass the management of seven residential properties and two commercial properties. While the locations of our properties are always changing, they are all still located within the city limits of Knoxville, Tennessee. Many of our apartment homes are conveniently located within blocks of the UT campus. We also have apartment homes further away and more oriented to the family lifestyle. We have something to offer everyone at a very affordable rate.
