The Original FireHouse Express. Hot Boiled Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Our spicy hot boiled crawfish are sold by 3, 5 and 10 pound orders to go (want more than 10 lbs., NO PROBLEM. Give us a call and we will set you up). Each order is served with spicy boiled potatoes, corn, sausage, onions, and mushrooms. Chief Miller had three loves in his life. His family, the fire department and his passion for cooking. Which he had plenty of time to perfect while in the fire department. His legend lives on through us, as well as his secret recipies and the drive for perfection. It was always a honor for him to cook for the community, friends and family. We are humbled to extend his passion and service to you and your loved ones.
