I bill session fees to most insurance companies.The unique set of techniques I utilize promotes fluidity of experience and allows for effective life change when used with adults as well as children. I address concerns with a focus on manifesting observable improved outcomes and creating tangible change. If what we do during our sessions together does not seem to be improving your concerns, we will work together to strategize, which may involve referring you to a provider I feel would better help you achieve your goal. It is absolutely my intent to help you move through and beyond the space that is currently troubling you. My approach melds the biopsychosocial model of medical care with problem-focused and action-oriented cognitive behavioral therapy, and addresses the physical component of nervous system activation in response to emotional stimuli: Fight, Flight or Freeze. I prefer to be a partner in helping you access your wings to take flight in the direction that you choose.
