We are partnered with professional licenced Electrical Engineers to provide our customers with full MEP engineering services. We provide airconditioning, ventilation and heating systems as well as Plumbing Design. HVAC system design includes Split DX , packaged units up to 140 tons, 4 pipe hydronic, refrigeration systems,thermal storage, Water source heat pumps, cooling towers, hot wter boilers, steam generating boilers and related components. Plumbing includes waste water, restaurant grease water lines, medical gases, oshpad regulated projects, storm water drainage systems. Computer software programs (energy pro, trane 700) which enable us to model buildings & determine thermal loads and title 24.
