Agreed. TERRIBLE place to do business. There is a salesman by the name of Brian who kept adding charges to my bill left and right. He quoted me one thing and I ended up paying almost twice as much as I was told. Probably because they are adding charges to make a dime. I nor anyone at my company will ever do business with them again.
This company is a terrible place to work for with low pay, terrible benefits, outdated computer system, little to NO training, and poor management decision making. They employeed me at their facility during their busy season and once the busy season was over I was let go with no warning watsoever, conveniently before my 90 days was up and after they found out that I was pregnant; everyone at the place just kinda quit talking to me.. very strange. I had a great review and was then fired two weeks later. These are very untrustworthy people to work for.. they also made me adjust orders and add an extra 3% to every shipping/freight charge just so they could scam their customers and make more of a profit. Not very good for business.
