Free Your Mind Braintraining Center will perform an assessment of your brain, called a brainmap. We will look at all areas of your brain to see what is out of balance by comparing the left to right hemispheres of your brain. Once we determine what is out of balance, we then develop a customized program to help optimize your brain. We also have you fill out a subjective and objective survey which allows for us to add to the assessment data and to focus on your specific goals of braintraining. Your success is our success and we are committed to assisting you in real change in your life. Our services include a brainwave assessment, a series of braintraining sessions (10 sessions) and a post assessment to evaluate your progress when the training is complete. The assessment takes about 1.5 hours, and each individual braintraining session takes also about 1.5 hours. Ten sessions are recommended within either an intensive timeline of 5 days (two sessions per day) or over 10 days in a row. We assist people with sleep issues, anxiety, stress, PTSD, emotional and physical trauma, grief, depression, ADD, focus issues, enhancing creativity, and sports performance.
