Dear Friedman-Mandel! My name is Valeriy Shafir, I am 82 years old, I receive SSI and I have chronic lung disease. I live in a subsidized home at 642 Maple Str., Apt. 105, Grafton 53024. I make a huge request to you. On the 22nd of February I received a message from the manager that on the 23rd of February the water would be turned off at 7:30. – 8-00 AM, for 3 hours. But water was given only at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I went to the manager and said that her plumber did not work well if he promised to finish the job in 3 hours, and finished in 6 hours. Today I received a letter from the manager stating that I had insulted her worker and my accommodation agreement may be violated. But I didn’t insult him or her in any way, I just said that he didn’t work well. But I offer my deepest apologies to you and your team if I offended your worker in any way or with words. I swear to you as a US citizen that this will never happen again.
