Not too long ago, only the rich and famous hired personal trainers but nowadays, the affordable convenience of a personal trainer is available to you! Mobile fitness sessions and programs are offered in a variety of settings. Such settings include (but are not limited to): • Homes • Offices • Churches • Schools • Nursing homes/Senior Centers • Community Centers Mobile Fitness Sessions are available only in Lawrence, Butler and Beaver counties. Sessions are catered to either indivi
