Carollo, I am a principal @ FZAD Architecture + Design + Construction Management. Our firm, established in 1986, has focused on diversified Architectural Designs & Construction Management from high-end retail work in Manhattan and in Department stores across the country, to Residential, Brownstones, & Restoration in general and other ICON projects in the Metro area. We design and detail both the envelope as well as the fixtures including the selection of lighting, and furniture. In addition using many of the same vendors and artisans we also have completed a number of high-end retail projects.
