I have had the displeasure of dealing with the GNL if this is in fact Gasper Sporting he is a slumlord owning a building on 44th Street 25th Avenue along with the deli downstairs recently finding out he owns other property on 34th Street the apartment I lived in was a fire hazzard I was on the 4th floor.with missing fire escape steps..to which I had to call the fire marshall,and at Gaspers expense all steps needed to be replaced or reinforced or he would be fine that is only the tip of the iceberg the people for a living in the building at 2503 44th Street are in danger because there is a fire major fire hazard the windows between the landing do not have bars protecting the tenants.I seriously urge anyone considering renting from this man. to do some serious research on violations there has been many..knowing there a children in the building he never fixed the electrical issue I don't think I need to say anymore
