General Automotive Servicenter is a family-owned and operated Gaithersburg auto repair service center providing automotive maintenance and repair.

General Automotive Servicenter first opened it's doors in 1979. In addition to the concept of family, this business began with the concept of providing quality service at a more economical price. In the beginning, all three original owners worked at a dealer and all agreed that the customers could have received better service in addition to more cost-effective repairs. General Automotive Servicenter was created with this idea in mind. This concept still rings true today. General Automotive Servicenter is still servicing the Montgomery County community today using these same basic principals. At General Automotive Servicenter we choose to be a "small business" because it is the only way we feel we can maintain the quality of the repair and maintain good quality working relationships with our customers. General Automotive Servicenter's current family includes the above mentioned owners and three additional service technicians. All technicians are ASE Certified, Maryland State Inspectors.
