I am a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator and also provide Expert Witness Testimony in Reinsurance Disputes.

I provide Alternative Dispute Resolution services to businesses and individuals. As a mediator I use my skills to facilitate an agreement to all or some of the issues in dispute. I achive success as a mediator in excess of 85% of disputes where I am selected. As an arbitrator, I listen to arguments from both sides and read all documents provided by counsel. I combine the standards and practices for the industry in dispute and the law of the jurisdiction where the dispute has been filed. I require depositions of key parties, weather or not counsel deems it necessary. I also raise questions that counsel may not have during the hearing, and persue avenues that are fair and just to the parties based on the facts presented into evidence. As a Party Appoited Arbitrator, I am an advocate for my client within the bounds of truth and fairness based on evidence submitted to the panel.
