Geri-Fit® provides strength training exercise DVD's and group exercise classes for older adults throughout the United States.

Since 1992, Geri-Fit has offered group strength training exercise classes and strength training fitness dvds that have changed the lives of thousands of people. With the help of a licensed geriatrician, physical therapists, exercise physiologists and other medical professionals, we designed the first strength training exercise program for older adults that used handheld weights. Geri-Fit licenses its exercise programs to senior centers, physical therapy clinics, retirement centers, assisted living places, hospitals, and to individual fitness instructors that are interested in teaching the Geri-Fit® exercise program.
