Nightmare

Absolute BIGGEST Nightmare Ever!!!!!!

The only reason this pathetic bunch of rip-offs could get a good review is if it is an insurance job! Check the reviews and you will find the good ones are all insurance jobs where the customer had an accident and didn't have to pay or deal with these crooks.

I lost my clutch on my way to work and I have AAA so I thought I'd just have AAA take it to my usual mechanic after work but unfortunately the CHP had it towed by this PREDITORY towing company. After hours of trying to track my car down I called GIBBS THE SAME DAY and was told I could pick my car up for $600. I went to where my car broke down and zeroed the trip odometer and drove to Gibbs, 12 MILES!!!!!!!!. $600 FOR 12 MILES!!!! $600 FOR 12 MILES!!!!!!

And I know you think that's terrible but no it's not over yet!!!! When I went there and paid the fee, they moved my car to the street so I could finally have AAA tow my car to my mechanic. A licensed mechanic that has always done a good job for me ( Young's in Napa ) and they will write a complete report of the damage. But as I was standing there waiting for AAA I noticed antifreeze running out of my car into the street! My car has a new radiator!

I called Gibbs and asked them what happened? I have a new radiator and it's leaking now. He said he would come out and look at it but never showed. I called again and heard a laughing sound and then they hung up.

I hope you read my review and believe me if you use this RIP-OFF company, you're in big trouble. Total rip off!!!!
