Interesting experience...
Within a two week period, two companies goofed up written instructions. The first company stood up for what is right, made right by me and other parties, and lost in the neighborhood of $2,000 to $5,000, honorably, standing tall. The error was demonstratively theirs.
The second experience was Gille's construction. They did not follow written instructions, created a problem, actually a relatively small problem, and responded to the error with histrionics and immature efforts at hurtfulness. Standing up to the plate wouldda left me amazed at their spine, their backbone, their honorableness, but this response left me thinking I'd rather have someone else do the work for me next time. And curious about small claims court...
