With the Freedom through Functionality strength building program, seniors can regain their strength, confidence, and independence. Additionally, we offer therapy 7 days a week!Many therapy departments have equipment that you could find in most gyms across the country. Our Freedom Through Functionality program was specifically designed utilizing calibrated Nautilus equipment to meet the needs of older adults. Golden Living and Nautilus collaborated to create equipment that has comfortable seating and pads for postural support, controlled range of motion, enclosed weights and smaller weight increments. This ensures that you can exercise safely and maximize your potential.
