We remove furniture, appliances and other debris remaining from previous residents of the property. We do a thorough cleaning and make repairs or replacements as needed (ie. Doors, Windows, Flooring, Light Fixtures, Painting, etc.). We also provide lawn & mail maintenance while property is in the process of being sold. We provide these services for residential and commercial foreclosures and for remodeling and build-out contracts. Good Ground Asset Preservation Incorporated also provides clean-up and maintenance for construction sites. Keeping the project free of all trash, debris and remnant materials according to OSHA guidelines.
