We teach martial arts to all ages. Kids build confidence, fitness levels and leadership skills. Adults learn self defense and get into better shape.

We teach classes for people aged 4 to 60 years of age. Our classes are very causal, relaxed and focused on learning. We teach very effective self defense techniques, yet we do it in a very safe and supportive environment. Our core martial art, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, is an effective style for anyone to learn regardless of fitness level, age and athleticism.
