GPCMA advocates for condominium communities, contributing significantly to the well-being of the residents they serve. Association boards count on GPCMA and its members to keep them up to date on breaking issues and legislative proposals affecting them. GPCMA educates city officials and agencies about the important role condominium owners play in the revitalization of Philadelphia and surrounding communities. Through their significant tax base (more taxes per square foot of land than for a single family home), strict control over property maintenance, and an enormous contribution to commerce, GPCMA's message is, "condominiums matter".
