Every bag is made of only the highest quality cardboard and free of inks, dyes, or other harmful materials. Our bedding is also run through an industrial filtration system, making your animal's environment clean and dust free! Excellent for any barn, particularly horses with allergies or COPD issues. Cardboard shavings also offer higher absorbency and increased comfort for your horse. Cardboard is inherently bacteria, spore, and mold free unlike wood products. For this reason it's commonly preferred among breeding facilities and veterinary clinics. Furthermore, cardboard composts completely and much quicker than wood shavings, 2-3 months vs. 12-16 months.
