Gregs Hardwood Floors

We were referred to Greg's Hardwood by Villa Carpet in Warren to have the hardwood floors in our kitchen and foyer refinished. When he arrived at our home he told us our floors weren't scratched enough to require full sanding and refinishing, but that sanding and then applying a layer of polyurethane would be adequate. We paid him $2,200. for this work. Within 8 months the finish is bubbling and flaking off the floor in multiple locations. We called him and he said he would come out the next day, but he never showed up and he has not answered the phone in the four weeks since then. We plan to take him to small claims court. We have been given various names for this man, including Greg Garvrylshyn, Gregorios Tkekos and Greg Tsekos. Do NOT use this company!
