Guardain Food Services, LLC designs and builds custom machines to eliminate pathogens such as salmonella, e-coli, listeria, etc. from food products.

We specialize in the use of low energy x-rays to eliminate pathogens in food products such as e-coli, listeria, and salmonella. Our proprietary process, X-Guard Process, provides a safe, in-line solution to packers and processors in their own product line without the addition of large, bulky shielding rooms. The process is inherently safe and since it uses low energy x-rays, it can be turned off when not in use and requires much less shielding than that needed by Co-60 units. We have over 30 years experience in the use of radiation to treat cancerous tumors, image in a non-destructive manner using several forms of radiation, and the elimination of pathogens in food products. Our process can also be used to sterilize non-food items such as injection nozzels and medical supplies.
