Guardian was founded in August of 2010 by local business owners who had processed cards themselves for over 10 years. Throughout that time, we used several credit card processing companies, but always felt that it could be done better. Guardian was founded in an effort to improve upon the status quo of the way credit card processing business was conducted. With that in mind, a few important things about us: - No contracts or commitments of any kind - No terminal leases of any kind. - No hidden fees; all our fees are discussed openly in the beginning - We have never raised our margin of profit on any customer, and we never will. - Cell phone contact for service help; no calling an 800-number or navigating an automated system - Locally owned and operated
